Life Walk at the Memphis Zoo

The annual Life Choices LifeWalk at the Memphis Zoo is coming up on Saturday, April 26, 9am to noon. Operation Christmas Child Celebration Event

 Operation Christmas Child River City invites you to an event they will be hosting here in our building at 262 N Perkins Rd. on Saturday, April 12 from 1 to 3PM.  Come out to celebrate what God is doing, connect with other shoebox packers in the area, and learn more about the countries our shoeboxes were sent to this year. There will be food and activities based on those countries. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to heartforocc@gmail.com.

 Ladies Crafting Fellowship

Ladies, grade 3 and above, are welcome to join us on Saturday, March 8, 1--4PM, for a time of fellowship and crafting as we prepare items for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes.  This month we will be working on amigurumi, braiding jump ropes, and making beaded bracelets.  Instruction and materials will be provided.  Bring fabric scissors and crochet hooks if you have them.

 Our first packing party for the 

2024 Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Season 

will take place on 

Saturday, October 12, 10AM to 2PM, 

at 1792 North Parkway.  

Come when you can and stay as long as you wish--

pack one box or ten.  

We will be focused on 2 to 4 year old children.
